Sean Coulborn
Postdoctoral Scholar
As a Postdoctoral Scholar in the Bishop Lab at the Helen Wills Neuroscience Institute, UC Berkeley, my research primarily focuses on understanding the neural mechanisms involved with decision-making under second-order uncertainty and to relate abnormalities in these processes to dimensional measures of psychopathology.
Prior to joining the Bishop lab, I completed my PhD at the University of Birmingham, UK. Throughout my PhD, I used a combination of behavioral tasks, non-invasive brain stimulation and fMRI to investigate underlying brain networks in relation to self-referential cognition.
